This provides a maintenance free way for you to reduce email storage and management costs, satisfying e-discovery and compliance needs. With limitless storage, it is an easy way to ensure easy access to inbound, outbound, internal, and historical offline email. Retention is available for a 1 year or 7 years rolling lookback period.

What is Email Encryption?
It is an easy to use, cloud-based encryption solution to help you meet regulatory compliance and ensure secure confidential information delivery. There is no key management required, and offers the flexibility for multiple policies for your user groups. It enables both sender and recipient to communicate securely. Encryption activation can be triggered by a defined policy (passive encryption) or actively by the user. McAfee SaaS Email Encryption requires McAfee outbound filtering service in order to activate the encryption on outbound emails.
